Last week was really good. What made it so good? I have been leaving a packed gym bag in my car, at the ready. I portioned out some food to eat and was careful about bringing food to work and not skipping. This week, well, Sunday night, I FINALLY did the laundry but didn't fold it, OR repack my bag. I have to get on it! I almost didn't do my workout last night because of no gym bag. BUT, I went to the store, bought some new shoes (which I needed anyway) and already had yoga pants in the car...so I made do. Didn't attempt another class because I've messed up my knees in that zumba class last week and want them to heal.

So. Tonight I need to repack my gym bag. pack lunches or at least plan them out. Then I need to venture out into the cold again, get my butt to the gym, and work out. And drink a few more cups of water.
