Now Sunday was one of those day that went by in a haze. Sleeping in, getting the chores and a two mile run while the healthy breakfast casserole baked. To grab some breakfast and then head off to watch the Bronco's win in our new neighborhood. To head home to "gather" all of the excess wood laying around our house for the firepit. To sit and laugh all night, but somehow felt like had a few too many cocktail and a few too little food for the day.
So when you wake up and the scale moves WAY to much, you know, that's gonna kick me in the butt tomorrow. Because you get stable again and then have to do that morning weigh in, where you pirate eye it, hoping that it doesn't jump too far.
Then a breathe of relief, whoo, it just set back to what it should have.
Learning to change the little things, now that I have cut down my carbs dramatically, and am tracking all my food, I forget on those night you find yourself a few glasses of wine in, we don't have all that excess food to absorb all these calories.
I have a new goal for next week, find a cocktail recipe more water than wine ;)
