Hello Sparkfamily! You maybe have never heard of roasted peaches but this is a must! Mama used to roast these for a snack and we would gobble'em up in no time flat! Take a peek!
1 tsp sugar
1 medium peach
1/2 pat butter
0.12 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
Slice a peach in half. Remove the pit, and scoop out any crunchy pit residue that's left behind. Place peach halves cut-side-up in baking pan.
Melt a small amount of butter - about half a teaspoon. Dot the peach halves with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of cloves.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until flesh is soft.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
