Last year, my son and I made an adorable Tigger out of snow.
Have you ever made something other than a man out of snow?

I, too, have this saved. But the caption reads "This is me before Jenny Craig". =)

DH made snow forts with the kids when we lived in the snow belt. Now there's rarely enough to do anything except make driving difficult.

Way back when my kids were quite young we had a heavy wet snow storm in May (the 26th if I remember right).. the trees were leaved out, the tulips in full bloom, the little cherry tree was in full bloom...and we had a foot of snow. I rolled up the biggest ball of snow I could push around the yard, carved a face in it and called in "Mr. North Wind"...
note: the kids were stuck indoors... all their winter gear had been packed away for the summer.

Sorry for the long winded response... I just got caught up in the memory.

I made a life-size bunny once. Snow was very rare where I grew up, and that's about all that was available.

The only time I lived any where with a lot of snow was in Maryland - & we moved to Florida when I was 5. Since then, I've only lived in places with sporadic snow - Georgia, Texas, & here in New Mexico. emoticon

A snow cat would be fun!

As a little kid, I remember 3 (my friends older brother helped us) of us making an igloo big enough for a small child to actually fit into ... there was that much snow
