Still Here

Tuesday, January 21, 2014

Don't worry about me. I'm still committed to living healthy, eating smart, getting in my 3 runs per week and increasing strength training. I'm dealing with some things right now -- health issues, possible jury duty, difficult family member, possible job/schedule change for SIL that will increase my already long hours of child care duties, and so on and so on.

If I count my worries, there are a lot. If I count my blessings, there are a myriad!!

You have such a great attitude Marsha! You do have to consider your own needs too, especially if you are having health issues. You can't afford to burn out or put your own interests, needs and wants on the back burner to look after someone else's.
I hope things can be worked out with everything.
Look after yourself, you are important too!

Very optimistic of you and a great outlook on life. If only there were a few more hours of day light each day to get all the stuff done on our schedules!
