Don't worry about me. I'm still committed to living healthy, eating smart, getting in my 3 runs per week and increasing strength training. I'm dealing with some things right now -- health issues, possible jury duty, difficult family member, possible job/schedule change for SIL that will increase my already long hours of child care duties, and so on and so on.
If I count my worries, there are a lot. If I count my blessings, there are a myriad!!
