Mixed feelings on stuff.

Feeling like I don't care, but I know that I do! But I seem to be sabotaging any weight loss goals I have! INCLUDING the important sleep schedule!

I think tomorrow I might need to have a very light meal day. Like apples n oranges and some juiced veggies, hot lemon water. And maybe a salad. But not too much. and then be sure to get back on sleep schedule and EAT RIGHT FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK! I also have an exercise plan in place, so I hope I stick to that! It's strength training this week.

That's all I guess.

    Phil Collins or Genesis song was on the radio that expressed exactly how been feeling about "some stuff" of my own....."I don't care anymore!!" But truth is we do care and recognizing where we are falling short is good motivation to do the right thing. Good luck with better food choices this week....and emoticon emoticon

    I hope you are feeling like you care today! Just wipe the slate clean and start the ball rolling today, if that is what you want for yourself! Just think about all those cute clothes I'm bringing you in a couple weeks.

hey, some of my salads have 13 ingredients but are under 300 calories. You won't lose weight by eating below your calorie range; that's for sure, if SP are to be believed!

When I'm looking for a lift I scroll the message boards for tips.........try it; there's a lot of very knowledgeable peeps on there.

Have you made a point of starting off with baby steps and only doing routines that you really enjoy? Same goes for food; eat your favourite healthy foods and you'll feel satisfied.

    Another way to help yourself is to change all those "I thinks" into "I wills." If you only think you will do something, then it doesn't bind you to it with you word. Believe me, I will be taking my own advice, too! You can do this--I believe in you!

    Recognizing that you're in your own way and then stepping aside so you can continue on your journey is a huge step, huge!

Each little step, each one, brings you that much closer.

It's a learning process as we continually find out what works for us. There is no one way to be on your journey.

Today is a new day. Full of promise.

I encourage you to eat your full daily caloric allotment from SP today and not less.

We all have good days and bad days.

Be good to yourself even if you don't feel like it.
