Feeling like I don't care, but I know that I do! But I seem to be sabotaging any weight loss goals I have! INCLUDING the important sleep schedule!
I think tomorrow I might need to have a very light meal day. Like apples n oranges and some juiced veggies, hot lemon water. And maybe a salad. But not too much. and then be sure to get back on sleep schedule and EAT RIGHT FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK! I also have an exercise plan in place, so I hope I stick to that! It's strength training this week.
That's all I guess.
