Hope everyone had a good weekend! I sure did. If you haven't read already I FINALLY got a gym membership on Friday! Friday and Saturday night I worked out for about an hour, and last night I was at the gym from 10-1 in the morning lol! Time actually went by really fast! Today was my rest day and it was much needed my arms and legs hurt! But ill be back at it tomorrow!
My eating this weekend wasn't too bad! Saturday I did go out for breakfast with my mom I had eggs, sausage and two slices of French toast so I knew I was going to have to cut back on dinner! For lunch on Saturday I had an apple with NO peanut butter and string cheese then for dinner I just had a bag of peanuts from work! I did have a protein shake once I was done at the gym!
Today I went shopping with my mom the just relaxed and did homework for the rest of the night! Today for breakfast I had a breakfast essential drink, lunch I had a medium sized pretzel dog from the mall and for dinner I had chili with a couple fritos and a little cheese! I did have two small cookies and sugar free pudding for dessert! My eating was alright today it could have been a lot worse I know I didn't eat the best stuff today but I made sure I did over eat! Today was my rest day so I didn't go to the gym.
This week I will focus more on what im eating now that im actually working out! Ill be drinking a lot more water and hitting it hard in the gym! Still sticking to my mini goal of weighing in at 175 by February 6 for the luke bryan concert! Tomorrow is my first weigh in in almost a week im kind of scared to see what it says I know I might have gained a little since I am working out now and building muscle! But who know LOL
