It's been ages since I've blogged. I'm back at it to get my BLC24 goals written in stone!
My goals are:
Lose 10 lbs on the scale.
Be able to do a 2 min. plank.
Practise yoga 2 nights a week.
The time frame for my goals will be the 12 weeks of BLC24.
I will achieve this by tracking my food, committing to calorie cycling, and completing active fitness minutes 5 of 7 days each week.
I will be accountable to my fellow Sunset Stingrays.
My reward will be a new set of cowboy boots.
