OK, time to put my SMART goals for BLC 24 in writing. Here we go.
1. I will lose 10 pounds in the 12 weeks of BLC 24. It is time to get serious!!
2. I will make one new recipe every two weeks. Started out great, making two new ones this weekend alone!
3. I will not order takeout or delivery food from home. This means dinner all week long, and lunch/dinner on the weekend.
4. I'll spend 15 minutes a night cleaning/organizing.
5. I will exercise five times a week, three strength workouts and two cardio.
