I am sorry you are feeling blue and especially on your birthday. Let`s do this and I think we both know we will feel better the more pounds we peel off. I am not quitting and I don`t want you to quit either....we can do this!

emoticon Happy Birthday! Sorry you are having such a bad day, but I liked what you said in the beginning about trying and not giving up. You can do this and I am so glad your daughter will join you. One day at a time, one moment at a time. You will get there.

I hope you feel much better...medical stress is very difficult, I know, as are depression and anxiety. I'm sorry you have to go through these... emoticon Little is more painful than depression, especially when medical stress is added to the mix. It'll be helpful to have this straightened out. You have such soft, pretty brown eyes and gorgeous hair...and pink is your color! All the same, a very Happy Birthday to you today, and good luck with that great new cookbook. You're trying hard, and I believe you're on the right track. Keep on keepin' on, and I predict a much sunnier future for you emoticon emoticon emoticon Susan

Happy Birthday today. Hope tomsrrow is a better day for you. Get up and move, that always seems to help somewhat, and even small steps add up. Will enjoy hearing what new recipes you are trying to eat healthier. Best of luck, and hope the doctor has some answers for you tomorrow.

Every day counts. It does not matter really how good or bad we feel. I deal with depression have for along time. But I do know I feel better the more active I am. Every day I have to make up my mind I will make it through the day, I will eat healthy, I will do some fitness etc. I usually find getting outside is better for me. But remember every day is a new day in our life. We can do this. We deserve to be happy and feel good. I hope you will feel happier tomorrow. Know you can drop a note anytime I am really a good listener and I give hugs freely. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon ....Pat
