    I hope you feel much better...medical stress is very difficult, I know, as are depression and anxiety. I'm sorry you have to go through these... emoticon Little is more painful than depression, especially when medical stress is added to the mix. It'll be helpful to have this straightened out. You have such soft, pretty brown eyes and gorgeous hair...and pink is your color! All the same, a very Happy Birthday to you today, and good luck with that great new cookbook.     Every day counts. It does not matter really how good or bad we feel. I deal with depression have for along time. But I do know I feel better the more active I am. Every day I have to make up my mind I will make it through the day, I will eat healthy, I will do some fitness etc. I usually find getting outside is better for me. But remember every day is a new day in our life. We can do this. We deserve to be happy and feel good. I hope you will feel happier tomorrow.
