My SMART goals are as follow:
Weight Loss Goal is to loose 1kg per week. So that would be a total of 12kg for the BLC24.
I will drink my 8 glasses of water per day, and cut back on my coffee.
Exercise for at least 20 minutes everyday, and attempt a video workout at least once a week.
Stay connected to my team by posting to my chat thread at least 5 times a week.
