On the plus side

Everything isn't going as well as I had hoped. I'm just feeling tired this week and am up a couple of pounds. On the plus side I just slipped in my kitchen and DID NOT hurt my knees. The muscles in my one leg were a little sore for about three minutes but I'm back to 100% less than 10 minutes later vs not being able to really walk for the next month or so. This tells me that my workouts are doing something good! Maybe those two pounds are muscle gain :D

    I'm so relieved that you didn't hurt yourself, when you slipped in the kitchen! That does let you know that everything is working for your good, or you would've been in a heap on the floor, in some real serious pain! Muscle gain is always a good thing! I'll take that over fat, any day, even if I do weigh more!!!

    I'm glad you didn't hurt yourself, that exactly what is muscle gain. keep doing what you are doing and don't give up. but take it slow and be careful. emoticon
