Week 2 New Year, New Me

Week 2 - January 12 -18 2014

Current Weight 201.4 lbs

1/12 - 15 - walked 15 minutes
1/16 - 18 - walked 20 minutes

So far I'm only doing 1 thing a week but this week my legs are feeling better so my goal is to walk 30 minutes and start doing some Wii or DVD exercises.
