Weight loss/fitness gains/etc are meant to be a marathon, not a sprint. If you try to go too fast you won't win because you'll burn out before you hit the finish line.
I have been trying to do too much too fast and/or not fueling it right. I'm keeping on moving but it's gotten slower not by my own choice.
