And no, I'm not talking about my intellect, though I suppose the same could apply. Rather, I blather about three goals the Blc dictates I share. Out loud and everything.
Last round, I didn't make any such goals, from a sense of "I made them before and they didn't do me any good." Not having them didn't do me any good either, so here I go again.
As with previous attempts, they will be modest, an opportunity to actually succeed, rather than unobtainable mountains to chase.
I wil, for example, reduce soda intake, by not immediately running to the store to replace a fallen 12-pack of pop.
I will do at least 20 minutes of exercise of 5 days per week.
I will do 10 squats and 10 lunges, just to remind my legs that I care.
And I shall endeavor to stop eating 2 hours prior to bed time, which I am arbitrarily setting at midnight. I suppose I should also endeavor to actually attempt to fall asleep at midnight, but like i said, I'd rather not set myself up for failure.
So there you have them, not entirely dumb goals.
