Logged in, Finished Coaching, and Tracking

I have been inconsistent - not logging in or going through the Coaching session, and not tracking until yesterday. I was overwhelmed and depressed. I still am -- only now I am back, realizing that to pick myself up and get going is what I need to do. While it is true I am overextended, I need to act in my best interest now - to the best of my ability. I do not have time to join a gym, but I have to prepare a house for sale and can exercise to sort and clean. I can track every day again and stay at the lower end of my range and log in and blog.

    These are really good experiences - keeping on. Getting back up from down is hard, but if you keep at that you will in the end develop what you need to do this well.

    Yes you can! And I'm so happy you see this. Our programs need to compliment our life and be workable in some form no matter what is happening.

Getting a house ready for sale is not an easy task if you look at it as the whole thing. You can simply look and do what needs to be done in front of you and continue.

Things will smooth out.
