Have not seen much change in my weight for the past two weeks. Going to focus on what I eat a little more than normal. I'm also going to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Hopefully, that will help get my weight where I want it to be. HOOAAA!!

    losing weight is mostly diet. The percentage changes depending on who you speak to. 90% diet 10% exercise. But the truth is you can't out exercise a bad diet. So get to healthy eating, cut out the processed foods and you will be right as rain. emoticon
