Back to basics Monday

Today is the day that I take charge again and stop logging looslie! today is the day! I haven't been a very good friend to me lately. Gotta stop the half assed logging food and exercise regularly. Rather counteractive, if I do say so. Better to over log calories than under log. I will have my day off, Saturday, which means I can go over my calories but I will still be logging it and seeing what I have done. But the rest of the week I am in 1600-1800 range, no if ands or but's about it! Starting at 167 ARG!

    I am trying to tightly reinmyself in. I do fine unless I allow myself to get hungry. LOL. I hope you have a good week.
