Hi,
Before I get myself so confused I am up to date with Yoga.
Thurs was day 4....1 hour of Yin Yoga
Friday was day 5...1 hour of Detox yoga
Saturday was day 6...1 hour of Vitality yoga
Sunday was day 7... 1 hour of mountain pose

Plus we have been eating better and walking and moving more.

Now I have to repeat these exercises for 4 more weeks before moving on to the next series of exercises. (which is where I usually get frustrated and give up)
BUT>>> not this time.

    Sounds good. emoticon But I am confused about '1 hour - mountain pose'. I always thought Mountain Pose was just a part of a sequence of yoga poses.

    That's a lot of yoga! I've only practiced shoe typing yoga and picking something off of the floor yoga.

    Yoga - especially Mountain Pose or Warrior Pose is extra points when you have a cat on your shoulder....LOL You did fantastic!

On the other: SPECIFICS! please! We want to know exactly what you mean with eating and exercise, like what you stated with your yoga.

88% of people on the street surveyed stated they eat healthy. These are the same 88% added to the people overweight, feeling poorly, and having an early death.
