The sun will come out tomorrow (today)...

Monday, January 20, 2014

Tomorrow will be a new day. emoticon emoticon emoticon

The sun will shine whether I see it there or not, beneath the clouds

I have the choice upon waking on what my attitude will be.

I can choose boo hoo – doom & gloom

Or YIPPIE!! – I’m alive and have another day to see & do!

To think...I use to be a pessimist - - -

A doubting Thomas, living only to wait for the other shoe to drop

Somewhere between birth and now I've made a 360 degree change

I don’t know or even remember when this change in me took place

Maybe because the change took course over many many years

And slowly slowly eroding my soul

To soften my heart to know that life is to be LIVED

Life is to be CELEBRATED, day by day, moment to moment!

Looking back over the valleys I have walked

I know that these have only made me stronger

As in the song by Mandisa “STRONGER”

…..this is gonna make you stronger, stronger
The pain ain't gonna last forever
And things can only get better

So tomorrow WILL be a BRAND NEW day for ME...

The sun WILL shine all around me...

Deep in my heart even if the clouds try to shield it from me

The grass is green deep beneath the snow

As I know SPRING IS ONLY days away…

58 days and 17 hour... to be exact

And how will you greet your day??

With sunshine and laughter I hope

Don't let rain, sleet, snow or attitude ruin your day

Choose to LIVE, LOVE AND LAUGH today

it was 60 degrees outside today in Colorado in January, the sun was shining, the Broncos won the playoff game, it's all good.
