how did you do? sunday check in 1-19-14

So how did last week go? I did good with my cooking goal, and will do it again this week. Had pizza today but didn't eat too much. so I'm moving more, walking better and doing on.

My goal for this week is cooking Sunday through Thursday, meal planning and walk at least 3 times this week,

What are you gonna do???

    I got to health club 2 times and worked out, 1x and talked to new friend. Feet are killing me (over pronation finally really punishing).

I tracked about 50% of my meals and bites.
Tracking and daily checkin will re-train my boundaries.
That's my plan/goal for this week.
Track. Drink water. Be nice to self and feet. Move SOME. More after podiatrist and new shoes!

    I've managed my extra 30 minutes of cardio a day this week! Going for it again next week!

    You did great! I need to "shadow" you and follow your good cooking habits!

I went to the Rec Center 4 days for 10 min of cardio to warm up the joints & then ST. Also walked a lot of miles this week

It's 40 miles round trip to the Rec Center. I so wish it were closer because I really like it once I get there & get goin'!

Headed out of a road trip so am trying to get my head on straight to NOT do what I always do on road trips. This time I will do it BETTER. I have a 20 days streak & don't want to blow it now.

    I had a good week.....logged food (mostly), got plenty of walking in and completed the Tinkerbell 1/2 marathon on Sunday! My time wasn't terrific but I did it!

I'm going to log my food, get 10,000+ steps a day and have a positive attitude!

    I got all my workouts in & felt pretty good. This week I want to try to get my calories down each day :)

    I did great this week, the weekends are more difficult, but I'll give it a 6/10. More of the same this week with eating well and exercising!

    For me, last week doesn't count! Recuperating from a twisted knee from a fall. Huge family gatherings to celebrate my dad's life with too much food, too much wine and too much emotion, then the flight home and a blizzard keeping me overnight at my son's house. So, starting yesterday, I am back on track. Yay, me and Yay, you!

    Last week: let's just say I'm a mess when I'm sick
this week:have a gym appointment tomorrow and walked around my family room for 35 min tonight. Plan to get back into it. Also had a large salad as my pm snack.

So this week is kicking off right. I plan to keep it up.

Actually-- stay away from any thing I dont know how many calories are in it.
