My goals during BLC24 are to lose 15 lbs. and lower my BP and cholesterol numbers.
I WILL DO THIS BY:
1. Eating healthy foods, cutting out sweet tea and cutting back on the number of times I go out to eat.
2. Exercising a min. of 20 mins. per day, 6 days per week and take one rest day.
3. Logging my food daily staying within 1,100-1,300 cal. per day.
4. Drinking 8 glasses of water per day.
5. Losing 1.25 lbs per week for 12 weeks.
