Day 20 of 10 min exercise/day

It was a gorgeous day here in Western Iowa, and I was stuck working. I did manage to get outside after work for a four mile walk with my son Patrick. We went at a 17 min/mile pace. I can tell that I will feel my legs tomorrow morning.

It's been a busy weekend at work, mostly in a good way. I prefer to be busy. It makes the day go by faster. Saturday would have been really bad, but I was able to call in our casual tech. She was home from college for the weekend and was available.

I got in over 12,000 steps in today and I also received and award for 800 lifetime spark miles! I love tracking my miles, always have. This is pretty cool!
