- examine your written goals every day and take a moment to visualize yourself reaching them and how it makes you feel, both to consciously think about them and imagine them as a reality. Feel free to blog or journal about this experience, too.
3) Incorporate a motivational technique
4) Draw support from positive people
5) Learn how to overcome hurdles
