1) Take the healthy lifestyle pledge
2) Eat 5 fruits or veggies a day
3) Drink 8 cups of water daily (difficult one for me)
4) Eat breakfast daily
5) Track food on all or most days of the week for the next 3 weeks
6) Consistently exercise 10 minutes a day
7) Get adequate sleep
