Long term: by age 50 (6/22/15)

1) Lose 50 pounds by 50 and maintain
2) Do a physical activity/event that I currently believe I would never be able to do; ideas
-- Rock climbing trek
-- Triathlon/mini triathlon
-- Biking event
-- 1-2 day hike and camp
3) Healthy, organized, simplified family life (crisscross goal)
4) Achieve work/life balance doing work I love to do (crisscross goal)
5) Be actively engaged in a hobby that I love (photography, scrapbooking, dogs, inspirational website) (crisscross goal)
6) Complete Happiness Project

Medium milestones

1) Out of the 180s for 2 weeks - DONE 1/30
2) Out of the 170s for 2 weeks
3) Out of the 160s for 2 weeks
4) Out of the 150s for 2 weeks
5) Out of the 140s for 2 weeks
6) At goal weight +/- 5# for 2 weeks and forever
7) Stop snoring (around low 160s) by August 2014
8) Complete 28 day spark program

Short term goals/action steps - to be updated regularly

1) Set up shop DONE!
-- create grocery list
-- clear out pantry and fridge and organize
-- plan portable snacks and grab and go meals
-- plan several whole days of meals
2) Vision collage/motivational wall
3) Post before picture DONE!
4) Start streaking DONE!

Streaks - current

1) exercise 10 minutes a day
2) add 1 food to favorites daily
3) No restaurant/takeout/fast food 4 days a week - unless track it and it fits within calorie range for the day
4) Work on vision collage 10 minutes, twice a week
5) Household organizing 60 mins, once a week
6) Review, track and update goals and tasks on SP and Priority Matrix daily

Streaks - next

1) Track food and stay within calorie range 4 days per week
2) Grocery shop weekly or every other week
3) February - 28 day bootcamp
