Ok, staying on track well with food, and with all the snow we got last nite, can probably even claim staying on track with exercise.... 1.5 hrs. worth of shovelling... The first of which was light and easy, but when I got to the 31 inches the snowplow had piled up, it was a whole lot heavier...
this is what weathermen say is 20 cm, or 8 inches.... much closer to 14 inches
And once you add snow plow onto the amount, you get the 31 inches.... here's what it looked like
At least is was about 34F, so not cold out there and no wind...
Brekkie: veggie omelette with onions, mushrooms, peppers and salsa, cheese stick, prunes
Lunch: banana, homemade soup, greek yogurt, apple, 1 TBSP peanut butter
SUpper: spaghetti & meat, 1 peanut butter cookie, greek salad,
Snack - couple pieces of chocolate.... (realized I was about to go into a downward spiral and sat and talked to myself - why was I doing this and what could I eat that would stop the cravings)
