Official Better Sleep Challenge Complete!

I didn't get around to filling in the journal the last couple of nights, but I know I did well. I have done pretty good at sticking to my schedule. It's much easier when I'm home, but still very doable when I'm not. I'm glad I picked times that are late enough to allow for nights out and late night visits. Yet, I'm still up by 10am, giving me PLENTY of daytime hours to take in the sunlight and do stuff during the daytime. For anyone that is having trouble getting on a steady sleep schedule, or getting enough sleep at all, I highly recommend this challenge!
