New year goals

I chose this year not to make resolutions until after the 17 day drop off. Last week I started doing my daily weigh in with the Wii. With the exception of the day I overdosed on salt, I've watched the line March slowly down. After two weeks at mom's I was horrified to see myself close to 200 as of this morning 192. Looking for two pound at a time goals. Anymore than that and I see I lose focus. End goal is 150 that's a 52 week goal. I know I can do it, but I've never successfully figured out how to add the work out required for that goal with working... this is the year I focus on that. We have started a walk n talk program where my partner teacher and I walk the gym with our kids. It's 20 laps of a basketball court to a mile. So the kids are tracking on punch cards we're using pedometers. It's the first time I've ever been able to get the ten minutes a day in consistently. Nothing like a group of 4th to 6th graders to keep you motivated.
