First, off I am happy to report I am really retired now and still trying to figure out what that means. My DH and I have gone out at sunrise and sunset to capture some images. Nice to know that I don't have to go to work after getting up at 0 dark thirty.
Second, I met my 5000 step goal 4 days, very nearly 1 day and 2 days I missed. I found that I haven't been giving myself full credit so I'll rectify that and shoot for of 7 next week.
I lost 1 pound even with no pain or strain.
I worked on my new quilt and published a couple of pics to my Facebook page.
All in all a great week.
