New start for the new week Im going to really push my workouts this week. Thats the goal!
remain determined and focus on the end result. Hope the scale goes down next week ? I have 44 pounds to lose my May 2014

    I'm happy for your exercise goals, but the 44 lbs will only come when you measure every bite of food, calculate the calories and write it down in your SP Nutrition Tracker. I budget 300 calories per meal and 100 per snack with 1200 calories for the day. It worked for me and I'm down 31 lbs in 164 days. However, my wife is losing more slowly. Life is not fair.
