21 Day Sugar Detox Complete

I found this challenge much easier than the last 21 day challenge I followed. At the end of the last one, all I could think about was cookies and cake. I ended up eating both and way too much of each. I ended up craving it for three weeks straight. It was all I could think about. Sugar is addicting, right? Yeah, I really think so.
This time I feel great! I did have some cravings, but found that green apples with cinnamon did the trick. I really wanted to see if I could eliminate the cravings for good. I really wanted to see what my body felt like without sugar.
I think I have finally found an eating plan I can stick with. There are plenty of options for each meal and snacks. I have found favorites so of course I repeat those:) I often find with my favorites, I get burned out eating them day after day. So far going strong:)
Looking forward to a morning run and getting the pups out this afternoon!
