I've worked out everyday for two weeks. For at least 40 min every day. Feel more energized but no weight loss yet.

    Stay the course - sometimes this happens when doing so much exercise. It all balances out eventually.

Are you staying within the recommended calorie range?

Strength, stamina, energy level, the way your clothes feel.

It will start coming off. Just keep going!
