This is similar to my last blog, but I have revamped it a bit to meet the SMART criteria
In order to do my best in this challenge, I am adding this SMART goal.
Goal- to meet each of the criteria listed below (that I had written for the previous blog) at least 5 out of 7 days throughout the challenge. Doing so, will give me more consistency and allow me to progress further than I would otherwise.
So I have made a little chart that I can use to keep track day by day (chart does not post well- but I have it on my computer)
W TH F S S M T
S Sip- 64 ounce water and tea per day
P Participate in current challenge
R Recharge yoga/meditation/ quiet time
I I- time Be sure that I give myself 7+hours of sleep
N Note every BLT
G Get moving Some type of exercise each day
This is specific and easy to measure. By saying 5 of 7 days, it is attainable and realistic. I plan to do this throughout the challenge. This will be my best Challenge yet!
REWARD: Each week that I meet this goal,
I will carve out an hour on the weekend to either play with pictures and scrapbooks on the computer or play piano (2 things that I never get to) while enjoying a lit candle and a light latte. Just a dream hour
