My overall goal is to weigh 195 by April 9.
That is 15 pounds in 12 weeks. Another goal is to break the emotional addiction to Coca-cola and sweet iced tea. This is attainable with specific behavior changes.
By God's grace I have removed these drinks from my grocery shopping for a year now. But I am strongly tempted when I do errands or eat out. My goal is to remove them from my intake entirely by February 14 and have six weeks free if these sugar drinks. Thus by April 1, 2014 I will have the habit well launched. I will have shown myself I can do without Coca-Cola and sweet tea.
I will not buy coke or sweet tea for 12 weeks. I will drink lots of brewed spice tea and herb tea, plus plenty of water.
I will exercise 2 hours per week for 10 weeks, including at least 20 minutes every day.
I will not eat with TV for 10 weeks, allowing two meals per week exceptions. I will record those exceptions specifically.
