Happy Saturday everyone!
Hope everyones weekend started out good! I had to work 8-3 today so the beginning of my day dragged! But after work I went home and took a two hour nap lol.
Heres what I ate today:
BREAKFAST:
-switched it up a little and had my apple with peanut butter for breakfast instead of lunch

LUNCH:
-Mac and cheese from lean cuisine

DINNER:
-Grilled chicken
-Brown rice
-Broccoli garlic bake
*On top of the chicken and rice I used a golden mushroom mix just mixed about 1/3 of a can of golden mushroom soup, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of water, little bit of garlic powder.

SNACK:
-No snacks today!

DRINKS:
-Only water
-Im going to have a protein shake after I work out tonight but im going to try it with skim milk this time instead of water and see how it is!

Well guys, im off to the gym! Ill talk to ya all tomorrow!
