I'm supposed to come up with SMART goals.
Well --my goal is to lose 10#in the next 12 weeks. This is an achievable goal, but only if I manage to control my eating. My exercise has never been really bad. But I've had to accept that its not possible to lose weight through exercise. I HAVE to eat less. This is very hard for me.
And the biggest thing standing in my way is ...CANDY. Apparently I'm addicted to it. I've been trying not to eat any the last 2 days. But not succeding.
There's nothing else to do but keep trying. No one ever succeded by quitting. (tryiing that is)
