It's been an interesting couple of days. I've known for some time that I need to take control of my health and eating habits again. I am determined not to feel this way anymore.
My experiment of continuing to eat the way I have for the last 2. 5 years and tracking it all has been a real eye opener. Did you know one Alfredo dish at Applebee's has almost 2500 mg of SODIUM??!! No wonder I've gained 50-60 pounds since I went back to work (out of the home) the almost 3 years ago.
I find it hard to make healthy meals at home. Not only for the time constraints but because I don't know a lot of ways to cook healthy but I am learning. Over the next week or so I am going on information overload and learning all I can.
I plan to be fully on this program again by the beginning of Feb and to make it easier to adjust at work, I am also doing the Body by Vi for a few months. I am very excited about what is in the future for me. I am ready to feel better!

  I have to admit sometimes I hate the tracker and what it says about what I have eaten, but it really does work to make us aware of our current diet. Good luck for this month and next.
