We're halfway through January. I feel like the first month of 2014 has been going pretty well. I've been trying to focus on things that I can control and being mindful. I summarized my body bugg info today.
I've been eating 4 meals a day spaced 3-4 hours apart.
I've been averaging 8-9 hours every night.
I've been averaging 36 minutes of activity every day.
I've been drinking a minimum of 8 glass of water every day.
These were all nutrition and fitness goals that I had for January. I'm doing them!
I had some other well-being goals too.
I've been reading a daily devotional each day.
I admit that I'm bad about "forgetting" to floss every day but I'm happy to say that so far this month, I've completed this task each day too!!!
So, what does all this mean? Well, it means that I feel like there a lot of things that are finally clicking for me as far as nutrition, fitness and well-being.
With all of these realizations, it's also bringing me to a crossroads career wise. The devotionals are definitely giving some different perspective and therefore I am contemplating some changes. There's a lot to say on this topic but I have some t.v. to catch up on. Plus, we would be here forever if I started to blog about this topic. lol!!

How cool that it gives props for success!!! I am feeling stronger than ever and more confident. I am once and for all going to reach my goal weight!! YIPPEE!!
