Week 102..

Good Morning,

This week I had two appointments with the Physiotherapist which consisted of massage treatments. The after treatment was to apply heat and walk around, when tired or back too sore to lay flat and rest a while.

As we talked I told her about SP and my journey through the weight loss maze. It is always nice to have a fresh view and she said" you don't need to lose any more do you?". I want to lose 20 more kilos, on the way home I realized with the increase in weight and the lack of Zumba my emphasis had turned only to weight loss and being concerned that I had gained.

She said so many people come to see her with stories of trying to lose weight and being deflated at their efforts she would love to have them hear my story to encourage them.

So I spent some time checking out my before and after photos so far and reliving the ups and downs, triumphs and hardships and felt really good about the journey so far.
I will never be pain free but I will get to my goal and maintain a healthy weight.

I did a lot of laying down after the walking and found I fell asleep, there was TOM and constipation so the scale went up.

I'm not concerned as I know I'm finally on the road to being able to exercise again.

Last week 76 kgs this week 77.3 kgs up 1.3 kgs

This week I'm going to add relaxation to my resilience study time and just chill out :)

I feel like I have breathed a sigh of relief after holding my breath in pain for so long.

I also took the sad step of 'stepping down ' as a team leader in my Country Living Team, with everything it was just too much sitting. So I'm going to concentrate on my pages-- tracking etc and I've been advised only one hour at a time on the computer.

That should help with more walking too :)
