First WEC of BLC 24

2 – 2 be my best in 2014 - I already did this in my New Year’s Resolutions, but for the BLC24 challenge I will concentrate on losing 12lbs.
I will lose 12lbs in 12 weeks by drinking water, exercising 5 times per week, eating within range, and getting a good night’s sleep.
0 – Organise 14 mins a night Friday – packed gym bag,
Saturday – cleaned out kitchen and got grocery list together
Sunday – put groceries away, put chips in snack bags (portions), set up my breakfast basket in fridge (stuff for omelets in the am)
Monday – laundry and putting away my workout clothes
1 – Good nights sleep is holding me back. Many people hear me say that stupid happens when I am tired. It is so true with eating and anything else. This week I am unplugging by 8 o’clock every night (with the exception of work stuff when I am working night shifts after this weekend) I started this earlier this week but was not as successful as I hoped am found it improved my sleep considerably.
Friday – successfully unplugged, sleep was decent except up once during the night but felt rested upon wake-up
Saturday - unplugged, slept through the night 8 hrs.
Sunday - unplugged, Lavinia woke up sick and crawled into bed with me - not a good sleep
Monday - unplugged, Great sleep.
4 – servings of veggies a day. This one is so easy on days I work, but not so much on my days off. We will see how goes.
Friday – Breakfast - peppers, mushrooms, and spinach in omelet (2) Post workout smoothie – spinach(2) Lunch – salad with avacodo(2) Dinner – stir fry(2)
Saturday – Dinner – stir fry(2)
Sunday – potatoes in potato salad. EEK!
Monday - Breakfast - peppers, mushrooms, and spinach in omelet (2) Lunch - onions and squash in squash soup (2), Dinner - beef stir fry (3)
