We kicked off the Winter 5 % Challenge today. I am pledging to myself to regain the serious commitment I had when I did my first challenge 3 years ago and attained my goal weight. I will for this challenge achieve my 5% -- 7 lb weight loss. I'm going to put it out there and be accountable. I will chart my progress for all my SP Friends to see. Please feel free to beat up on me if you see me slacking.
This is not the place to be all kind and forgiving if I come whining with excuses.
