Day 6 exercise completed!!!!!!!!!!!!
I increased from 8 mins 4 times a day (32 min total) to
11 minutes 3 times a day today(33 mins total).
I'm really tired. It is amazing, yesterday was easy and changing the duration made it so much harder . . . for only 3 minutes!
Double goal today, completed first week of exercise (Sunday is rest day) and increased endurance.
Thanks for the encouragement from everyone, I need it,
but I don't want to bore you all. I want to keep a record in the blog of how I am progressing and the record the difficult parts....to learn from and remember what has happened....and hopefully help someone else along the way.
