Yep, I will admit it....sometimes I am hungry! But I then stop and think am I REALLY hungry or am I bored? Is it worth the extra calories to grab a snack? If I could only eat a veggie would I still be hungry? Could I just drink some water and feel full? I am truly trying to get on track and be healthy so yes there will be days where I think I am hungry but my question will be to myself....am I really hungry?!?!
