This is a bit of a repeat of the Practice Challenge, but that just makes it an easy 100 points.
So my 3 goals for BLC24 are:
1) to wave goodbye to 7lb - is just under 5% of my current weight, so should be achievable, but it is challenging as I am only 13lb from my goal weight.
2) to be more toned - not exactly a SMART goal. So let's make it a bit SMARTer. On my page is a pic of my belly area. There is also a follow-up picture of my belly at two later dates. So by the end of BLC24 I want my waist measurement to be below 29" - ideally 28" but that might be a step too far, and my belly measurement to be below 38" - ideally 37" or less.
3) to be able to run a half marathon. I have been working on a running schedule for the past 10-weeks as my daughter wants to run a marathon in the summer. The half marathon ready date is the end of March.
the rest of the challenge is:
to spend 14 minutes each day organising (fridge done, car done, front room and kitchen to do)
choose 1 thing that is holding you back from acheiving your goals and eliminate it - this is hard because at the moment I am so in the zone there is nothing gonna stop me now. So I am working on not having shouting matches with my youngest who is difficult and thinks it acceptable to call her parents f@$king tw@ts and other such things, and literally screams in my face if I try and talk to her about that or anything else she does.
eat 4 VEGETABLES each day - this takes a concerted effort for me, so I am really pushing on this one
