My goal for the next 12 weeks is to lose 18 pounds and complete a 5k in under 45 minutes. To accomplish these goals, I commit to the following for the next 12 weeks:
1- complete C25k, and continue with 3 sessions/ week to work up to jogging 45 mins.
2- complete 3 supreme 90 workouts per week to increase strength
3- track food & exercise daily
4- average a 750 daily calorie deficit
5- hike at least 9 out of the next 12 weekends (more weather permitting)
I am participating in 2 challenges that started this week- the BLC (12 weeks) & the 5% Challenge (8 weeks). This will help keep me motivated & working towards achieving my goals. By the end of the 5% Challenge, I will lose 12 pounds & have completed the C25k.
