My first day at the gym was a success! I went for about 45 minutes after work and I feel great!
Here's what I ate today!
-breakfast essential drink
-apple with peanut butter
-grilled chicken with a little bbq sauce on it!
-baked broccoli recipe I made the other night!
-I did have a protein shake after my work out though? so I don't really know what category to put that one in LOL it was just a scoop of whey protein with 8 ounces of water.
Well guys, its time for bed! Up bright and early tomorrow for work!
