I AM NEW TO THIS But here goes I love Smoothies and love doing the calorie counting so I can eat foods of my choice....this is a diet I think I will be able to stick with....by cutting my milk fom whole to 1% and by using frozen fruit instead of icecream ....i am able to have more smoothies which are like my comfort foood (Ice Cream)without alll the.xtra caloies........WeHave reached a happpy medium.....lol

    well most challenging thing I think I will deal with on this program is the exercise ... I am agoraphobic so I do not leave my apartment alone and I just moved to Washington where my brother lives so I don't know many people here.also have walking disabilities because of my legs can use some helpful guide as to exercise programs or articles that are feasible for me to meet on the goals....any advice is appreciated

    Little changes can change everything.

My advice: Start making small changes and even if you "mess up", just keep going.

Learn how to portion your food and start tracking what you eat every day. Find ways to move your body that you love. Make short, medium and long term goals. Never give up!
