I love days like I had today. A calm start to the day. A long walk with the dog, followed by lunch, and time on the computer. A walk without the dog, a little ST and yoga to fatigue the muscles and then stretch them out. Another walk with the dog, followed by dinner. Time spent reading before heading out for the last walk with the dog. Nothing exciting. Just a really nice day.
I did get up to 50 reps on the wall sit. Thought I was going to fall over, but I made it.
It is because of days like today that I am as healthy mentally, emotionally, and physically. I require calm. So, it is days like this that save me. Being active, but not stressed is such a blessing.
