The First Steps

Well, I have been wanting to lose weight for a long time. This is the first step. I am hoping a person who knows what I am going through will be able to keep me on track. I always seem to lose my way before my way ever really gets set. I am currently about 215lbs and a size 22 pants. I want to be about 160 to start my goal weight. I want to lose weight for my fiancee who supports e in everything, for our future kids in a few years, and for my person health and self confidence. Prayers going up that this is my year, and these will be the new steps to my new life.
